User Interface is a song Ricky Jamaraz wrote in roughly Janurary of 2021, and is about two computers falling in love. It was originally intended to mimic the sound of 80s rock legends Def Leppard and Van Halen, which can be seen in the verse, but during recording period, Ricky decide to make the chorus move to a more synthwave feel, but still sticking to that theme of the 80s. U.I. was recorded from 23rd to 27th September 2021, produced and performed by Ricky Jamaraz in his bedroom.
